The web site features a complete list of menu offerings, party venues complete with directions, a history of the 19-year-old firm and pictures from previous events. “We pride ourselves on our attention to detail,” said Joseph M. Viesta, owner. “The design of the web site pictorially demonstrates to see how careful attention to detail and exceptional service creates a memorable event. This site is designed to supplement that relationship.” Founded in 1985, Michael Joseph’s serves the catering and event needs of customers in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Our professional culinary chef, event planners and experienced wait staff offers unique and distinctive styles in food preparation. Gary Newman, Executive Chef, and Justin Viesta, Sous Chef, work together to create innovative and palate-pleasing menus.
